My point of view for the book its that The people were living good but with
a lot of problems , like violence or working young , its kind of unfair to live in that conditions at a young age
One of The Themes is Violence like when the boys were saving m&m from a rude boy that wanted to kick him , and the black people that beat up Mark , and Byon put him in a ambulance but all the mis understanding of the Sister of Mark.
Sometimes they go to the Hospital , but they also have their own houses , they live like in a city in USA , I t does´t say well where , but they have a comon house life , or I don't really know how to explain or describe it
The conflict in the book was that Bryon and Mark were like brothers because Mark lives with Bryon because his parents are dead , and Bryons mother Adopted Mark , They were best friends , but then they start like being apart and hiding stuff and behaving weird with each other , they start separating.
Bryon: The narrator and protagonist of the book , he is living a bad moment Mark: Bryon’s best friend, he is handsome and charming, good at stealing Charlie: Owner of Charlie’s Bar, the pool where Mark and Bryon hang out. M&M: A intelligent and cute who likes peace and freedom , he's like hippie. Cathy: M&M’s smart big sister. She is Bryon´s girlfriend. Bryon’s mom: Adopted Mark , Has no Husband . Mike: A boy of the hospital room next to Bryon’s mom. Mr. and Mrs. Carlson: The parents of M&M and Cathy. It all starts with Bryon that is 16 , that he is meeting his best friend Mark that is 15 , in a restaurant , it was like a pool in a weird part of the town ,Mark lives with Bryon´s family because her parents are dead.
Then they meet M&M But Bryon´s mother is sick and they need money to pay a surgery This is My Favorite Quote from the Story.
Do you ever get the feeling that the whole thing is changin? Like somethin’ is coming to an end because somethin’ else is beginning? *** This Is when Mark and Bryon start talking about the good times when they were kids in Chapter 4. |
